OOO is a menswear retailer specialising in staple items for everyday wear. High-quality fabrics and construction combined with styling and functional details set OOO products ahead of the rest.

As a start-up business, OOO contracted a 3rd party to build them an eCommerce site. Once the site was built, the client found themselves in a position where they had a site but needed help to make it work. They needed to drive traffic to it, optimise it for eCommerce sales, update content and keep its look and feel on-brand. In simple terms, they required an eCommerce manager but did not have the budget for a full-time employee.

I assisted OOO in getting their business up and running online and continue to manage all aspects of their eCommerce business. This includes website edits and management; email marketing setup, integration and sends; social media marketing; setup and management of seasonal promotions; SEO optimisation and Google paid search marketing.

With scheduled planning and progress meetings, I propose strategies to drive eCommerce performance for OOO. In these sessions, I share performance information from various sources such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Social Media platforms and use findings from this data to improve eCommerce performance.

Following each session with the client, I implement the strategies, updates or changes discussed. Any minor requests for updates or changes are dealt with in a case-by-case manner as required.

OOO continues to perform well in a very competitive retail sector, relying completely on eCommerce sales for its success.
